FNP was established in 1994 and became one of the first online gifting stores in the United Arab Emirates. With over 20 years of experience, the brand has built a strong reputation and widespread recognition. FNP offers a wide range of exquisite products, including flowers, gifts, chocolates, luxury items, and customized gifts, serving customers across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the wider Arab world, and Singapore. The brand is known for delivering exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.

FNP partnered with Commerce9 to enhance its online shopping experience and improve customer engagement. The primary focus for FNP was to improve site performance and resolve marketing data loss issues. To meet these goals, we enhanced Core Web Vitals across key pages, including the Home, PDP, and PLP, significantly improving speed, stability, and overall user experience.

We also resolved missing marketing data by updating the data layer and ensuring all required events and parameters were accurately captured across marketing tools. This enabled the marketing team to track performance without data gaps. In addition, we fixed bugs across the website and mobile app, optimized the overall shopping flow, and refined the user journey to make gifting faster, smoother, and effortless for customers.
